One thing I know for sure is, that I don’t take too kindly to disrespect or assassination of my character as a woman.
Being an alpha woman means embracing confidence and self-assurance. It’s about knowing your worth, trusting your abilities, and walking into any situation with your head held high. This self-confidence not only allows you to navigate challenges effectively but also inspires those around you.
Alphas are natural leaders. We possess the ability to take charge, make decisions, and guide others toward success. Leadership is not about control but about empowering others to reach their full potential. As an alpha woman, I’ve found that my leadership skills have opened doors to countless opportunities, both personally and professionally. With that comes the dark side. DISRESPECT.

DISRESPECT VS DISAGREE
Surround yourself with people who appreciate your strength, intelligence, and individuality. True connections are built on mutual respect and understanding, and as an alpha, it’s ok to agree to disagree. I think many people get this confused with disrespect. Just because someone doesn’t have the same views as you politically, spiritually, or mentally, and expresses that, doesn’t mean they have disrespected you. It simply means they see your point of view but choose to stick to their own beliefs and that is perfectly fine. After all, we were all in the same existence, so what is there really to argue about?
I’ve discovered the joy of having relationships that celebrate rather than diminish who I am.
Do you ever notice those so-called “friends” who encourage you in private but seem to act differently when other people are around? Yeah, THAT person. GET RID OF THEM NOW!
LIKE…RIGHT NOW. GO IN YOUR PHONE, BLOCK, DELETE, ETC.
Stop trying to hold on to people because they give you half ass support. They play devil's advocate and will suck the life out of you.
